Cost of new patient visits are $375 - $450 for a comprehensive 90 minute intake.

Cost of follow up visit visits depends on the time and complexity of the visit, but generally range from $200 - $350 for a 30-60 minute follow up.

We do not bill insurance directly, but are happy to provide what is known as a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for whatever degree of reimbursement they provide. Our doctors can also write lab orders, imaging orders, and prescriptions and they will be covered by your insurance to the same degree that they would have been by any other ordering provider.*

This also works for FSA’s and HSA’s

*A note on Medicare: Our doctors cannot order labs/imaging for Medicare patients and have them covered by your insurance, so we like to work in conjunction with your primary care provider to make sure you get the lab work you need.

*A note on Partnership: Our doctors can order labs/imaging for partnership patients, but cannot send referrals to specialists and physical therapy. This must be done by your Partnership provider.

- Yes! All of our doctors are well-versed in a holistic approach to treating adults. We are happy to see children; however, we currently do not have a pediatrician and request that your child also has a pediatrician on board. Let us know how we can assist!
